Pastor Philip George is the Founding and Global Senior Pastor of The Worship Church (TWC). Originally from Nigeria, he followed God’s call to the United States on a mission to raise worshipers, build unity, and transform lives through God’s presence. A passionate musician, mentor, and teacher, Pastor Philip is also the founder of Worship Culture and School of Worship, equipping the next generation of leaders to live boldly, worship deeply, and walk in their God-given purpose.

Philip George is the Founding and Global Senior Pastor of The Worship Church (TWC), a visionary leader, worshiper, and disciple-maker with a passion for raising worshipers, building unity, and seeing lives transformed by God’s presence and power.
Born and raised in Nigeria, Pastor Philip’s life was deeply shaped by a culture of faith, family, and resilience. His journey to the United States wasn’t just a relocation, it was a divine assignment. Following God’s clear calling, he came not just with dreams but with purpose.
With a background in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University and a spiritual foundation from Prince George’s College, Pastor Philip is committed to building God’s Kingdom with excellence. He is also a passionate musician, creating worship environments where people encounter the tangible presence of God.
He founded Worship Culture, a ministry focused on training hearts for heaven’s sound, and School of Worship, where worship leaders, creatives, and musicians are discipled in biblical truth, spiritual depth, and musical excellence.
For Pastor Philip, ministry isn’t a role, it’s a lifestyle. Whether preaching, mentoring, or serving behind the scenes, his heart beats for people, purpose, and God’s presence. His life is a steady, surrendered “yes” to God.
